Transport of hazardous materials
The TMD regulation is an amended decree of 29 May 2009 relating to the transport of dangerous goods by land, whether by road, rail or inland waterways.
This order defines the necessary requirements in the context of the transport of hazardous materials, such as: Training, signage, authorities and responsibilities as well as the characteristics of the equipment used.
It also defines the requirements related to the manufacture, control and repair of transfer hoses used for this activity. Equip’Fluides has the necessary approvals for the manufacture and control of these hoses, in accordance with the applicable provisions of appendix IV.1 of annex IV of the TMD decree of May 29, 2009 as amended.
PED Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU
The European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) sets the requirements for pressure equipment for their circulation within the European Economic Area. The version currently in force is Directive 2014/68/EU which replaces the old Directive 97/23/EC.
The equipment manufactured by Equip’Fluides is produced under the control of independent notified bodies, in accordance with the provisions of Directive 2014/68/EU PED.
ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU
The European “ATEX” directive sets the requirements for equipment intended to be installed and used in explosive environments and for their circulation within the European Economic Area. The version currently in force is Directive 2014/34/EU which replaces the former Directive 94/9/EC.
Equip’Fluides offers a wide range of equipment meeting the requirements of the 2014/34/EU ATEX directive for use in explosive atmospheres.
